Instantly see, from the work item detail view, or LiveDoc vies, the status and progress of the checklist along with which items are mandatory and which ones completed.
Define Checklist Templates for recurring processes
Define a checklist template and make your checklist centrally managed. All changes to a checklist templates are instantly promoted to all the work items.
This is useful for Definition of Done, Acceptance Criteria and recurring processes.
Simple but robust for regulatory needs
Permissions control not just who can check and uncheck the items, but there is also a dedicated permission to set who can define the checklist (add/remove/modify the items).
In addition to that you can bind those permissions to a workflow statuses, so e.g. the checklist definition (structure) cannot be changed once the work item is approved.

1. Nextedy CHECKLIST license model
- Nextedy CHECKLIST is offered as an annual software subscription, by default with a one-year term.
- The Nextedy CHECKLIST licensing is server based, the license does not need to be assigned to end users.
- A valid commercial license entitles you to use the product for a single instance in a production environment on 1 Polarion server (including load balanced clustered server).
2. What Support & Maintenance is Included in the Software Subscription?
Your software subscription includes Support & Maintenance for the entire duration of your subscription. This coverage provides the following benefits:
- Critical Bug Fixes: Receive timely fixes for any critical issues that may arise.
- Software Updates: Upgrade to new versions of the software and take advantage of new features and enhancements.
- Technical Support: Access our experienced Support team for assistance with technical troubleshooting.

Yes, the one time evaluation license is included in the product distribution. You can download the product and evaluate it free of charge for 30 days.
